Love Lifted Me

The Calming Cross is such a gift...Marc, you can feel the love that you, and your friends have put in to these wonderful crosses. I am a nurse, and it's wonderful to see the ill, the lonely, the lost...clutch this cross to their hearts, as they ask God for help. Some friends, and patients call them Palm Crosses, and one guy calls it his Palm Angel. He recently had a quadruple cardiac bypass, and is doing well, and we know his Cross is with him, as he prays.
If you havn't been to Hardy lately, you need to, and it will give you a peaceful feeling, when you hold one of the Calming Crosses . On a recent trip to get more crosses, we discovered Marc's new adventure , plaques to prop the Crosses on, it's truely Gods hand in nature. And with Christmas coming up, what wonderful gifts they'll make.

Calming a Rough Moment

My girl (Bama Star), had a rough day today and of course no vet to be found, so i took the cross and rubbed it on her then laid next to her with it in my hand and over her heart, and told her the story of you and your friend and how the cross was created...in about a half and hour she stopped seizures and i became calmed down as well...
she is still lingering and there is nothing for me to do for her at this point as she is paralyzed in the back end, in fact we have been dealing with all that for over 3 months now, now she is off food as i think other problems are affecting her, she is resting still and i wonder why can't she just go peacefully in her sleep?

Wonderful Gift

I received a Calming Cross as a gift for Christmas. I have had some personal issues recenlty in my life, and this seemed to arrive at just the right time. I noticed it actual helped me stop worrying and thinking about so much bad and gave me some feeling of peace and calm. Yes, it is a simple item, but with faith and hope it did help me I guess stop and focus. Thanks for creating such a nice gift.

Extra S trength

The Calming Cross guves me strength, when I fear I have no strength left. It's designer, Marc, is a special man, given this insight by God, to help us conquer our fears, give us strength, and to let us know God cares for us.. I Thank God, and His Angels.....and thank you Marc, for sharing..

I wanted you to know the great comfort your cross gave to my brother Rob during his cancer treatment and last days. He held the cross during every treatment, saying that it gave him a sense of peace. Rob passed away on November 13. Thank you for the special gift of peace you gave him through your wonderful artwork!!!

"You realize... you can't have it back!"

I was at a local coffee shop/cafe watching live entertainment & visiting with a friend when the owner of Ozark Classic Crafts Mall sauntered in & joined us at a table on the patio, with the fireplace all aglow! He was quite pleased to pull out two brand new "Calming Crosses"! One was his first made from Red Oak... the other I don't recall. This one, he passed across the table to our mutual friend; the Red Oak, not yet even waxed & polished was placed in my hand. Now, not having seen the crosses before, I asked the owner precisely how to hold (which by the way, now comes naturally)... and he corrected the placement of my fingers and then I closed my hand around the cross. At this moment I experienced a sensation like none before! As soon as I had a grip on the "Calming Cross", it sent a chill from the tips of my fingers, up my arm & straight to my heart! I gasped a lil' for air at this point. I looked at he... he looked at I... not a word was spoken, but for the rest of the night, I held this cross in my hand, and told him jokingly, "You realize... you can't have it back!". At the end of the evening, and without the extra funds on me at the moment to pay for the cross, he said, "stop in and see me & I'll engrave your name on it when you come by the shop to pay for YOUR cross." He told me later he "witnessed" my experience as I first gripped the cross... the cross now ever leaves my side & I sleep with it at night. It may not be in my grip when I arise... oddly enough I typically find it under my pillow... and if I forget to grab off the night stand, when retiring, I find I am restless and it's a quick reminder to hold my cross! I've never rested better....... and find much peace in my "Calming Cross"! There are more stories I could share... one about getting lost in the country with poor directions, poor map, an out-of-state visitor waiting on a ride & not precise in giving proper directions... but let's just say with my "Calming Cross" in tow....... even though it took over an hour of driving in circles & stopping and getting nearly accurate directions 3 times... I arrived safely & CALM... with my cross in my palm! If you knew me & my suffering with anxiety attacks... you would understand how precious that story is... and how very true! My cross now has my name burned into into on the palm side; this was done the day I went to the shop to pay my debt... but as for the wax they apply to the crosses sold in the store... with my experience I prefer to keep my cross as it was the very night it was freshly made...... and never returned to the store for the finishing touches to be put on display!

I was just given one of your Calming Cross'. It is made of Mahagony. I wanted to thank you for crafting such a beautiful item. Every time I hold it in my hand, I feel like I'm holding the Lords hand, it fits perfect. I have been needing something to help me through these rough times while my wife is so ill, this is perfect for me. Thank you and God Bless the work you are doing.

Beautiful Item

I was in Hardy for a recent weekend and while exploring the various stores. I went into the Ozark Mall store. It was full of all kinds of interesting items made by area craft artist. At the front counter was a basket with these Calming Cross that the owner was very happy to show me.

I held one and thought it would be a great gift item for the holidays. I bought a few on the spot and will probably order some more once I decide who I am going to give these to.

Well all except the one I picked out..it is just for me!
