Hand Made Is Hard Work!
The work shop is running at full speed in order to produce and fullfill orders of the Calming Cross™. Our Calming Cross™ products are truly handmade right here locally in Hardy, Ar. To create one Calming Cross, each wood is hand selected prior to starting the work, then the design layout is traced finding the perfect grain pattern, thats just the start, in all their are five steps that are needed prior to the first of six sandings of progressively finer grits of sandpaper up to 2000, and then 3 waxings of a pure bees wax and jojoba oil mixture. All leading up to a final inspection and my artistan mark of approval.
The Calming Cross is truly a totally hand crafted work of wooden art and each one is then hand signed with the Stikmon Wood Werks signature on the bottom as shown in this picture!
